Los Cab is a community of offices, businesses, residences and (of course) the finest sports club in Orange County. Originally built in 1983, the first the six phases consisted of three-story, two bedroom units that could be shared. All are spacious (1600+ SF) and have views of the pools, tennis or the common areas. Phase 2 came in 1986 and included 1,2 and 3 bedroom units of a smaller floor plan. Phase 3 (which are at the West end of LC1) was built the same year and are larger 2 bedroom floor plans and include fire places, wet bars and 9’ ceilings. Phase 4 is where things got interesting. All Phase IV units were built in 1989, have Warner address and offer amenities including a pond, island pool, spa and BBQ area a water fall and interior amenities such as a fire place, 9’ ceiling, wet bar and central heat & air. Years later, Phase V and VI were built in 2007-2008 and include granite features, enclosed parking (for Phase 6), balconies on some and other model specific amenities.
